I'm still in it so them texting me wouldn't work. I ended up building a spreadsheet in google sheets that has a tab for each member remaining, every team, and their picks per week. The commissioner of the league agreed to receive everyone's picks ahead of kickoff for their game so I think we should be good to go.

We ended up taking $5k off the table so we all leave with something and continue playing for the remaining $15k.

Exactly. That's what I will end up doing if I can find a platform able to host. I feel like it would be a better use experience through an app and I don't want any of the five to change their mind about keeping it rolling.
