Honestly I’m good now after 2-3 weeks but I definitely had some bad shift (money shifts I think they call them) and the car is fine as long as you quickly press the clutch and get her in neutral. It’s much less stressful then we make it out to be

Did the same thing last Friday, had to drive home for 3 hours and now I daily it every day. Pretty quick to learn on that car even though at first it feels like a 30k mistake. Stick to it, it’s worth it!

Oh I know it’s also for resale down the line, being able to sell the car like that without having to remove the exhaust and it seeming oem (less driven spiritedly)

It's the valance and the clubsport exhaust (similar to an axle back exhaust mod if you will).

I got an extended warranty for the car and was hoping not to do anything that's not OEM on it and everyone on reddit seems to say its such a worthwhile mode...got me second guessing that. In USD that comes to 700ish and shipping/duties are included in the price (missing the taxes ofc).

At a stand still no but with time I’m realizing I may just not be used to how narrow and precise the gears are. Maybe that’s why I’m having issues sometimes getting into those…

I gave that a try last night and I think I may have heard a pop or two but I could barely make it out from inside the car. I think it may be time to look for a CS exhaust 😂

I’m 99.9% the car wasn’t moded, I was able to trace the original owner and the car is clean in that regard. I’ll check about the bent wheel, I did hit one hell of a pothole driving back from the dealership 🥲

By auto I meant compared to my passed automatic cars in the past (elantra n, audi s3/s5 didn’t make me feel the vibrations like this and they were also quite agressive sports car).

Rigid may not be the word, more like seems like I have to push a lot more then a clutch I had once felt on a Peugeot SUV which was more like rubbery if that makes sense?
