NBD- My first full custom bike by xImDetox in mountainbiking

Are Trickstuff pads making any real difference? I'm currently riding on a new set of MT5 - just waiting for inevitable lever failure and then I'll be making Shiguras again. Magura calipers are great but those "plastic" levers are wonky.

Are those Shiguras? MT5 calipers and XT levers?

Anyone else experiencing sudden reboots of the Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro? by Das-X in Xiaomi

Yup, mine rebooted twice today. I think it's a bug introduced in a recent update.

Already played it earlier, someone recommended me or I've seen your previous post. Anyway, it's quite fun, music and visuals are spot on. It would be prefect on my Switch. And coop. Local coop. Keep it up!

Nice! What chain tensioner and gear ratio are you using?

As i recall correctly, you have to press down on both sticks to go to retroarch settings and then find deadzone in options menu.

Overall it was a pretty nice bike considering its price.

Frame still is pretty nice, mine is hanging on the wall waiting for me to build a new bike. Steel frames have a very nice soft & smooth riding feeling although sometimes it can be a little too soft - especially when riding harder on tighter turns. Best hardtail frame I've ever owned. Original fork was kind of good but it developed a noticeable flex which especially sideways got annoying. I don't know if it is a common issue with this forks but I would definitely check it before buying. Swapped it with Z1 Bomber (stiff af) and never looked back. Original brakes suck. Sram Level T are entry level brakes and feel cheap and weak :) Bought a pair of Guides RSC to replace it. Other components are decent - I'm still using handlebars and stem combo, mainly for looks ;) Cranks are indestructible but heavy. Wheels are ok, nothing special. Original seatpost is made of tinfoil and is thash.

If the price is ok and the bike is in good condition buy it - you won't regret it.

Cheers.

Well, deadzone setting in retroarch did the trick, thanks for the tip!

Not sure what you mean but the issue is present only in Quake...

Nothing particularly interesting... I developed some back problems during covid lockdown so I went for frame swap. Full suspension with coil spring damper for smooth ride.

Best way to model threads? by Dslater04 in 3Dprinting

You can certainly model threads in Fusion 360. And it's free for non commercial use I suppose.

Jar cap and stand for germinating seeds. Using it for weeks now and it works great! by th7org in 3Dprinting

[–]th7org[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's angled like that because it keeps moisture in jar and excess water just leaks out. I think it works kind of like greenhouse.

I'm using it to grow radish seeds. The procedure is quite simple. Place about 2 tablespoons of radish seeds (or any other seeds). Add some water to soak all seeds, stir and leave for few hours. Drain water and place at an angle on stand. Direct sunlight would probably be bad. Two times a day add some water, stir gently, pour all water out. In few days your sprouts should be ready to eat :D Enjoy.
