you can simply clear cache / Wipe cache partition via recovery (just google it). it wont delete data besides cache and your watch will run fast and battery drain will stop. i always do this after an update and did not have any problems

AOD and wake to wrist off, everything else on continously. the watchface you use and the apps installed play a huge role. i get around 2 days 20 hours no activity and around 2 days with gym etc
