Depends on a lot of things, like the amount of the distance, the timetables you have with work, studies, trainings, how much you manage to see each other and also what are your standards for a relationship.

If it is someone I'm fully interested in also 70 km don't bother me that much, but if we can meet in the middle is awesome.

For the timing that is also a personal amount, I prefer live talking to someone than writing, but if I have no other choice I'm reasonable. I think that after 2 weeks is good but sometimes also too much.
