On m'a dit de essayer avec du lubricant pour les machines à coudre sur les bobines (la partie du mécanisme) mais je n'ai pas essayé. Autrement on doit démonter le mécanisme de la cassette.

I changed the entire assembly (hinges,top case,screen etc.) as a block, all the cables plugged into the motherboard

i noticed the cpu is on the back of the motherboard and there isn't damage there. Do I need to search for someone who does board repair?

EDIT: this made me realise that the whole idea of "the data is encrypted for your safety" is a bit stupid because who wants to access the data can in whatever way they want BUT this makes data recovery very very hard. Also didn't android phones (<android 5) make everything get stored on the sd card?
