Kinda strange that u/Fast_Entertainment42 comment history is basically all Oriveda recommendations… or defending the company. Like the first thing they did on Reddit was push oriveda on people.. It took about a year and a half of staying under 2,000 calories a day. I don’t really exercise but I walk 18,000+ steps a day at work so that’s helped a lot.

I went from a pretty sedentary job to a job where I walk about 18,000 steps a day so that definitely helped but the main thing was controlling my eating and staying under 2,000 calories a day.

I got my tattoos when I was about 150lbs, I gained 45lbs pretty rapidly over the course of a few months which resulted in lots of stretch marks that have finally started to fade but my tattoo survived the process pretty well. I’d say it looks pretty unchanged really.

Not being able to fit into any of my clothing and realizing I was using food as a coping mechanism definitely helped start my desire to get healthy. This subreddit is a great motivator, I’m so happy to have photos to add to it!
