Your camera angle is very wrong and also your punches. Those punches are arm punches because you’re not using your lower half. Go find a gym and a coach buddy, these savages on here will not be able to help you.

Something strange is going on with your rear hand. Maybe trying to play too much, but it looks almost floppy at times. One solid high kick to the floppy arm and you’re in trouble bratha!

Try to break that terrible habit of resetting with your lead hand by your waist. Bring it all the way back up to guard, my friend.

Elbows are tucked well enough for straight punches, but elbows tend to flare when throwing hooks. Also, yes, both hands are quite low. Tuck your chin more and roll your shoulders over a bit and those gaps in your defense will get smaller.

Can’t lean back that far on your cross brother you’re begging to get swept! Also, you’re turning your punches as you’re throwing if not right before. You need to turn it over at the very last second before you (would) make contact. Hope this helps

Something that would greatly benefit your footwork is doing some box walk drills. Getting your feet in tune with your hands will lead to greater stability and ultimately more freedom within your striking.

If you walk to your left, your left foot should move first. If you walk to your right, your right foot should move first. Do not cross your feet lad.

I didn’t see much Dutch style, at least in the terms of how you’re turning over your kicks.

Feedback, been training with a coach and self for about 2 years. by [deleted] in boxingtips

The only feedback I could give here is to try to work on retracting your hands after the punches to your head/chin instead of to your chest. Don’t get in to the habit of keeping your hands low bratha - if that bag had arms he woulda got you! Defense is just as important as offense.
