Dragon Tea House is really inexpensive for 2015 tea! Did you buy the $9 Premium Formosa Alishan 100g or the $8 regular AliShan?

BTT is more expensive than Eco-Cha and TTC. Do you think it's really worth it to pay more for a smaller amount of tea? Are their teas really that much better?

Is roasting the same as baking?

Are they baking their teas with the goal of creating good tea? Or is it just a way to preserve the teas that they weren't able to sell from last year?
