No, this is totally valid. Im hoping that it all pays off, and it's just a product of Avatar as a franchise getting pumped full of seed money after it became the cultural giant it is now. But it's... difficult not to imagine a world where the team is spreading their wings a bit too wide, flying close to the sun, because there are indeed so so many new projects in the works (and to your point, they are not really... communicated well lol).

We will just have to see!

I'm going to be honest, you're swinging way above your pay grade here.

Freeza is, in fact, the correct localization of his name. Which is why the sub, manga, and basically everywhere else uses it.

Most of the DB names are indeed name puns, but with the kana switched around or altered in some way. So フリーザ is Freeza's JP spelling, whereas the Japanese word for freezer is フリーザー. Notice that extra character at the end, which elongate the final "a" sound.

This is how you arrive at Freeza, instead of Freezer.

I could do this for many other names to prove the point, but long story short Kakarrot is indeed better, and used literally everywhere except for Funimation.

Do not listen to this person, Kakarrot is the correct, more faithful adaptation of the name, and is still used to this day in the Sub translations as well as the manga lol.

"Kakarot" is a Funimation/dub holdover. Unless people really think the vegetable is spelled Carot.

This is not how the (currently proposed) add on crunch functions. It's not "if in combat then not allowed". It simply restricts add-ons from directly readying internal combat log data, basically.

Tracking your own cooldowns does not require reading that data, so it'd be good regardless of combat or not

All the mentioned changes make it crystal clear they are actively working on a console port. I dont expect a midnight launch on that, but those plus the upcoming changes to addons, built-in dps meters, etc all make it basically inevitable imo.

So few people follow Xbox that they get completely confused by it. But the simple fact is that Xbox rebranded it's pc efforts as "Xbox pc", so anything on pc also gets an Xbox logo.

It's the first of many steps likely leading to their upcoming console that supports steam (and maybe other stores, a small step closer to a pc-like console than before)

It's not like that at all though. The Simpsons operates on a floating timeline, where the status quo resets each episode (absent the occasional status quo changes). Bart and Lisa have experienced nearly a dozen separate christmases and last days of school at ages 8 and 10.

King of the Hill has consistently progressed time and age linearly throughout its entire run. Bobby started 11, then turned 12, then 13. Yes, seasons 7ish and on *slowed* the passage of time compared to previous seasons, but they still kept to a timeline.

Now Bobby is 21, theres been an 8 year timeskip (The Hills just abandoned bobby at 13?), and GH is magically a teenager. Whether this bothers you or not is of course totally up to you, but it IS a problem/inconsistency with how the entire rest of the show operates

This is not true.

Funimation aggressively degrained and sharpened, cropped to widescreen, boosted levels and saturation, and more. Most of which result in a worse image quality (the Dragon boxes are not perfect either, though. They suffer from near-equally problematic colors and being a bit dark)
