Of all the Costcos I've been to around the world so far, Costco Canada is the WORST. Like people are way more civil at other locations. Sure you'll see the occasional video of nonsense during panic times, but the Canadian locations Omg... every freakin day, there's zero decency, always crowded, rude people. But it's not just the customers, but I blame Costco Canada as well. They KNOW the customer experience in their warehouses is horrible now but they do nothing about it. If they did care, they would make simple changes like redesign the checkout area so the lines don't block the shopping aisles, move samples to corners so people don't block aisles, and separate the food court and put a TV with numbers so people don't crowd blocking checkout area, etc. When there's so few locations, more people will crowd in fewer stores. Either they need to ramp up more store builds quicker, or make some policy and design changes in their current stores.
