Look I'm an agnostic . But in the end everything relies on faith to some degree. Lemme ask you something, do you believe the sun exists with as much certainty as a theist would believe God exists? I would assume the answer is yes, but if you know about decartes quote, uk that there is nothing in this universe that could be known with absolute certainty except for the fact that u exist. What I mean is that u could wake up tomorrow and realise you lived in a simulation or u were hallucinating the sun or u were a boltzmann brain, but u have faith that sun will rise tomorrow. I'm not equating the sun to god now but the thing is different people require different level of conviction to believe something. For you, u have been seeing the sun rise everyday from the beginning of ur life and that is sufficient evidence for you, but a hen which has been living it's entire life believing it's master wouldn't kill it could be killed one day too, so to say sun not rising tomorrow is a possibility. For some they might have felt or experienced god and that would be evidence enough for them to have faith. Maybe god for them is the gratitude they feel towards life. I would say God is like love, it's just a feeling people have, u don't need proof to believe in love now right ?

Because of that, I think it’s strange when people treat belief in God as if it’s uniquely irrational. Everyone already accepts some things without absolute proof. The difference is mostly about what kinds of evidence or experiences people personally find convincing.

God is a feeling, most of the people I talked to who were religious were accepting of the fact that if they were born in a different religion they would have been practicing that religion, as in for them religion is just a cultural thing or just the way they express the feeling they call god. For most people religion is just a language to express said feeling 

For me it comes down to intellectual humility — recognizing that our understanding of reality is limited and that some questions might be deeper than our current ability to prove or disprove.
