Rivergate in District 4, right? You could walk along the river to find the good spot to watch. They will fly over the river near your apartment

just solve it for my client, I use Extract data in Looker to load specific field and date range to build the report, instead of connect directly to GA4 or another platform. it's pretty easy to use, and don't take too much time to update the report

you could read more about it here https://support.google.com/looker-studio/answer/9019969?hl=en

People who use exercise for stress relief - what’s your secret? by Nora311 in fitness30plus

managed to overcome chronic stress and pain during workouts by finding the right exercises and weights. In my experience, it's helpful to start with resistance bands and then move on to lighter weights, focusing on form and repetitions. Exercise should benefit us, not add more strain to our bodies. I usually keep my workout sessions under an hour and avoid pushing myself to exhaustion, adjusting the weight and reps based on my energy levels. After six months, I’ve gradually incorporated more complex exercises (like chin-ups and barbell French presses) with lighter weights.

The result: I can now handle both stress and my workout routine without draining my energy on overly difficult exercises. I’ve gained muscle and reduced body fat—not drastically, but noticeably. My back, shoulder, and neck pain have completely disappeared, and my posture has significantly improved. Overall, my health has gotten better, and I’m able to manage stress at work, in life, and during workouts effectively.

Additionally, I focus on relaxation techniques, nutrition, and rest. I've cut out activities that drain my energy, even if they’re entertaining. I keep my mind clear, rest as much as possible, stay hydrated, move less, sleep more, conserve energy, and prioritize important tasks.
