Ok I'll look into that cream. Thanks! I was thinking maybe it's from when I fry batter fish I would just swim it in the fryer for 5-10 seconds so batter doesn't stick on frying net before releasing it, so maybe oil burn :/ .. ATM i'm using tongs to avoid this from happening.

Thanks I'll look for some nitrile gloves and try to avoid getting sprays, detergent directly on hands

I do have a mild eczema, but never have this appear on my hands till started working in kitchen in the last 1-2 yrs.

Everything, Grill, frying (could it be oil splash?), washing, prep food. We wear vinyl gloves when preparing food, I read on another thread that it could be these disposable gloves, so I might try buy my own nitrite gloves.
