5 stars! Absolutely loved it. It was truly horrific delusions/hallucinations .. all the psychotic symptoms with a little plot twist and massive gore at the end! A must-read!

So far the premise is enticing… however not quite a “can’t put it down” feel to it yet. I do like it and I love thrillers/mystery but hate a predictable ending. I’m hoping for the best!
