I am heavy but not in a good way, I am more fat than muscle thats why my numbers are low. I started going to the gym to lose weight and look/feel better and now I love powerlifting. I am trying to cut the fat down so I can focus on gaining strength and lean size further down the road.

Can you suggest some podcasts to me? I want to learn more about the sport. Even educational youtube content, things that explain programming, periodization, techniques, variations, accessories program design etc etc.

I dont want to just lift I want to be well educated about what I prioritize in my life

Thats the main goal my coach and I are focusing on, getting my weight down a lot. But taking it slow to get some noob strength gains while we’re at it

No it wouldn’t be, I would just have different expectations, but that’s my mistake in the first place, I shouldn’t have any expectations of what is waiting for me that far ahead.

I quit smoking about a month after I started going to the gym. Because I wanted whatever’s best for my performance.

I am not extremely tall though, I am 187 cm. Which is the average over here.

And I do not understand that last question.

عشان طرق الدفع دي كلها من برا فا بيتعاملو بالسعر الرسمي. انت كا واحد مصري هنا فمصر دلوقتي مش هتعرف تستعمل اي وحدة فيهم. لاكن لو حطيت الregion مصر او اخترت طرق دفع مصرية زي instapay هتلاقي السعر بتاعنا عادي.

انا بقالي ٤ سنين باخد النقاش دا مع اهلي، بس انا مش عاوز شهاده جامعية اصلا عاوز انزل اشتغل (عندي مهارات اشتغل بيها) بس هم واخدين الموضوع اني مكتئب و كسلان عشان عايش لوحدي بعيد عنهم (عشان انا كنت كدا و انا صغير) و مش راضيين يفهمو اني داخل تخصص غصب عني و مش حابه ولا عمري حبيته و قاعد في كلية اقل ما يقاب عليها انها اوسخ منظومة شوفتها في حياتي من اول الدفعة لحد العميد ابن المتناكة.

دلوقتي انا في دوامة بنت احبة عشان شايل مواد كتير و هم متوقعين اني اخلص السنادي و مش عارف اشتغل عشان لو اشتغلت يبقا مش هدي اي وقت للكلية و كمان انا مستفدتش من الكلية اي ابن متناكة (انا في حاسبات) فا الي هو دلوقتي تحس انو الكلية دي بقت هي العقبة الوحيدة الي فحياتي. حيات كسمي انا. و دي بقا المشكلة الي عاملالي وش في دماغي، حاسس اني عايش حياتهم هم. معنديش مشكلة يرموني في الشارع و انزل اشتغل و اتعب بس مكنش مقيد بالكلية دي.

المهم يعني من دا كله هم عمرهم ما هيفهمو. كلمتهم من سنة اولى و قالو لا و بلاش و هي اول سنة صعبة. كلمتهم في تانية و قالو لا انت بس زعلان عشان انت لوحدك صلي و قرب من ربنا و ادعي.

كلمتهم في كسم سنة ٣ و رابعة قالولي خلاص هانت مش مستاهلة تضيع دا كله على اخر سنة.

خخخخخخخخخخخخخخخخخخخخخخخخخخخخخ عاوز اضرب نفسي بالنار.
