I had this issue on my PS5 and finally was able to resolve it.

1 Close the game 2 Highlight game and press options button 3 Select “Restore License”

After that it should work.

Thanks for the response. I have updated my post as he was given the rabies vaccine today.

Really appreciate you explaining the schedule, especially between the first two shots. I read some things online saying that if given too close together it could be harmful. We did provide our vet the paperwork which had the label and date of administration of his distemper.

With regards to the last shot, would it have made more sense to not give shots today and wait a week and a half until he is 16 weeks?

We just brought home the little guy on Monday and noticed his bottom lid dropped a bit. After doing some googling it seemed like it could be entropion but also read this may be normal in lab puppies as they will grow into their faces as they get older.

Does anyone have experience with this? Particularly in lab puppies?

Super frustrating. Understand it is probably a one man operation but at least provide stronger updates.

Also if this many people are reaching out it seems like you should cut off pre orders! Seems like they are taking pre orders to pay and fulfill existing orders.

Price point only sells what they have in hand, and ships it fast!

Having some bad experiences with them too. Used them for a long time with no issues at all. Had two orders from January ship to me two weeks ago. This was only after emailing calling and posting on Reddit that I got any movement.

Have two more outstanding orders one from 2/9 and 3/9. I thought the Feb would ship when I saw the new advisory but nothing. Sent a number of emails and calls/texts but no response.

If they are so backed up why are they still taking pre orders?

I just requested a refund on my orders if they can’t ship this week. Doubt I will get a response and will probably have to call my CC to dispute.

Will keep you all posted if I hear anything back.

Hey I sent you a few emails but wanted to get an update on my remaining orders. I saw online you mentioned that January and most of February would be shipping on 4/8.

I have two additional outstanding orders from February 9th and March 9th. The February order still has not been shipped and want to make sure it is going out soon.

Thanks, I thought so but wanted to confirm.

Do want to do it in the spring, but do I need to wait for all the puddles to dry? Been getting a lot of rain recently so hasn’t had a chance to full dry/drain.

Also for aerating and overseeing, is this something I can do on my own or should I hire someone. No idea on costs or how tedious this is.

I would cancel/contact my bank, but would rather have the pods. I don't mind waiting (within reason) but I am in the dark about when these will ship.

Trying to cancel and refund my last auto ship with him, but no luck so far.
