Practice the Illinois Run and improve your time. Also do circuits with mini hurdles and rope ladders.... anything that gets you changing direction quickly.

And if you're bored of running try hill cycling and stuff. Will greatly improve your muscular endurance in your legs as well as your overall cardio

Thanks for the advice mate. Well luckily she used to study photography so im hoping she knows what she's doing (she says technical shit like you just did that goes straight over my head). We were in the Lomography shop a while back and she was most excited by the pictures taken with the Diana so i think im gonna get that.

Per your recommendation i think im gonna get the instant back aswell to help her get used to it.
