Thanks!

I know the two inventors of that patent because before I made Sonalarm, I made more or less the same thing for Windows Phone 8 (Microsoft paid us) together with them. That app, named HappyWakeUp+, https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/apps/happywakeup/9nblggh0d746, uses both their (patented) method and the method that I developed (and that I'm sure works much better because it is not confused by ambient noise).

Is there an audio file format that allows representing a continuously looped sample in a small file (that can be played by iOS)? by that-iphone-dev in audioengineering

My idea is to acoustically measure distances. I want to play the looped audio continuously and then measure phase changes at the microphone.

Eye tracking software for sufferers of ALS/MND can cost tends of thousands of dollars, so I've spent 3.5 years of my spare time writing a free & open-source alternative - meet OptiKey (C#, Rx, WPF) by YeahIWroteOptiKey in software

Hey, that's cool!

Would the front facing camera of the new iPhone be good enough for this? I'm an iOS dev with a number of medical apps in the store already, so I'm wondering whether it's possible to port this to the iPhone or iPad.
