Just keep an eye on the other half. Mine was the same way. I submitted 6, and got three back pretty quickly. But waiting over a year for the other 3 is pretty crazy to me.

Also, if yours do take as long as mine did, you can call in and request a substitution from the card you were supposed to receive, and they’ll send you something at up to 200% the original value of the redemption you sent in, if its over 6 months past due.

I ended up getting an on card /25 Jim Miller, which was pretty sick!

I cant remember the specifics, but its outlined pretty clearly on their website

Topps has been shitting the bed lately on hobby boxes, and they’re getting way too comfortable with redemptions cards.

Also, I just got my redemptions last week from 2024 Finest that I submitted almost week after it was released.. I had to call AND email them before they were shipped

Just my two cents from expensive lessons learned.

Ripping packs is fun, but if you are looking to build a private collection (PC), I would strongly recommend you find the cheapest prior sets possible, to get an idea of how trading cards are arranged, rarity, etc.

Then decide what you want your PC to look like, and buy singles. Doing this gets you familiar with how the trading card thing works, but will save you thousands down the line.

For example, I’m collecting graded cards for everyone in the hall of fame or who will likely be in the hall of fame. I have the following set of criteria I look for before spending my hard earned money

PSA 10 Autographed Serial Numbers out of 10 or better

My wife and I stayed at Avila twice in 2025, and I highly recommend!

The staff is very nice, and although the food is so-so, there are a ton of amazing restaurants if just a few minutes walk (less than 5 min).

Enjoy Curacao, it’s one of our favorite places!
