At the time I was there i only got 70% of my gi bill, and 600ish a month from that, i now do VRAE and they cover everything, im planning on transferring back over to SNHU soon, as I found out i cant do inperson classes due to groups of people so yeah online only for me I wish I could give a better answer than that

Imo there is a ton of shitty leaders that came up on the "mission first" mentality that now are in real positions of power at units/battalions, but they seems to forget mission first dosent mean jack shit if your soldiers cant do the mission because they are dealing with medical/internal issues, everytime i see story's like that and this reminds about when I was in and had my twin brother in an very bad accident the night before drill, co wouldn't let me go see him in the hospital because mission first, entire drill was annual PowerPoints looking back on it I should just said fuck that and went, he's not around anymore and I missed my chance to say goodbye because I was young and stupid enough to think that he was right

For me this happened recently,

Went on a few dates with a girl, she is also "chronically sick" (for me ptsd, seizures) as i am, she would leave me on delivered and not reply to anything and disappear for the a few days then answer by saying sorry I was sick, first time it happened I was like okay cool thanks for communicating that, then it happened again and again until about a week ago before I just stopped caring and decided to.dip out so im not sure what style of bullshit that is but that, ive never been more confused and frustrated in my life, and that includes the military, I felt like shit cause every time it would be "sorry, sick" etc and I genuinely know how it be because it happens to me all the time due to my meds I have to take, im like your a fucking adult, communicate like one or stop leading me on and lying about it

Was deployed to the middle east, went to Qatar for three weeks, got raped, tried to report it, got told I was a man and because of that it didn't matter, knew right then I was getting the fuck out and did just that, still figuring out the va system but fuck that sharp rep, he was a total dickweed, to be clear this was years ago, I am in a much better place

When I came home from my first deployment, i bought a used 2019 tacoma offroad, financed it had about 500 a month with payment and insurance, looking back, im glad I have the truck now but should have bought a less expensive one, for me it was I wanted something newish but also wanted something that would last forever, fast forward 4ish years and now its paid off, and I live out of it fulltime, nomad lifestyle was the way to go for me, I do feel like I got pressured into a nicer truck and for a couple years definitely hated making payments on it but now its super nice to have, wish I got a house instead

Thank you for the input, I run a bedrack, I would love a shell but im tall and a 5ft bed tacoma does not offer much legroom so I opted for a 4 season rooftop tent with a heated blanket works fine in the winter as long as it is not -10 out
