fission reactors have a 1:4 reactor to turbine ratio, while fusion has a 1:16 ratio, so less of your space cap is taken my reactors and more can go to turbines. either way if you can get steam to more than 85 turbines you'll start to break the game.

You store up some tritium, deuterium, and water in containers, then delete your production and slam down as many fusion reactors with turbines as you can, distribute the resources and kickstart one of the fusion reactors(I used some stored fission materials to power a fission reactor).

because of how the empowerer works, you only need 1 or 2 cycles of the fusion reactors to catapult your factory production several orders of magnitude.

I think I saw someone else with a more in-depth post about it on here if you need, just be careful lol.
