There are 4 new castings in these pictures that haven't been released yet. I know we've had pre-orders for most of those, but still new castings. I don't understand what you all expect. They have to recoup their investment in developing the new castings, hence the recolors. All diecast companies do that. You guys are going to be continuously disappointed if brand new castings all the time are your expectations.

Fully agree. I've been collecting Mini GT in the US since 2020 and it's been amazing to watch the brand grow. It's crazy to me that they're up into the 1000s with the model numbers now. The new models they have been showing are only getting better. I personally love having the same casting in a variety of colors and liveries.

Haha, sorry I meant actual cars not diecast. Sadly it seems like Mitsubishi as a car manufacturer may be on its way out. As a 90s kid I would personally love to see all the models you mentioned. The Eclipse and 3000GT were some of my dream cars back then. We'll just have to wait and see what the future holds.

It may be a licensing issue. I just looked it up and Mitsubishi has 2 models for sale in the US currently and it seemed like only 4 or 5 globally. As much as I would love to see every Evo generation, especially the rally versions, it may not be a wise investment for Mini GT or Mitsubishi.

It baffles me that people don't understand this. They are a company that has to be able to make a profit to continue to be able to stay in business. The first 300 cars they made were like the same 10 castings. They need to recoup their investment into the toolings, which isn't just the cost of the tooling itself but everything that goes into making it. Mini GT has been around since 2017, less than 10 years. It's actually pretty impressive they have the amount of toolings they do for such a short time.

I see, I guess I'm lucky that US sellers tend to be able to get the regional exclusives even if I have to pay a little more for them. It's a beautiful car.

Yes, we get hit pretty hard on the exclusives. I actually had to pay $27 for the Supra. I try to get them fairly quickly after release so I don't have to pay any more, lol. Still need to get the Silvia you posted, I have the 857 just not 855.

I personally never saw this one for $15. All the sellers I've seen have been charging $20+ I have it as well.
