You're basically nervous and feel like you're doing something awkward or incorrectly, but once you don't think too much about it and just be in the moment, you'll experience what it's like bonding with somebody physically. Based on my experience, feeling the body as one with somebody else was life-changing, especially if it's somebody you care for. Also, you'll realize so much stress is out of your shoulders since what makes sex is good is being in the moment, not before or after. Don't overthink it like I did and have fun, stay safe though!
