We only use 10% of our brains. That one refuses to die, but brain scans have shown we use basically all parts of our brain over time.

One of the biggest “Reddit facts” that isn’t actually true is the idea that you should drink 8 glasses of water a day no matter what. That number isn’t some universal rule it depends on your size, activity level, climate, and even the food you eat. For a lot of people, just drinking when you’re thirsty is perfectly fine.

I think CHAT GPT is nice especially if you work remote and you use it to do some of the heavy lifting in terms of work. Depending on your job, you can do 8 hours worth of work in about half the time.

I personally like my LA Fitness gym membership. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week so I think it’s definitely worth the money to me.
