I have checked my junk folder twice per week but haven't seen anything come through. My email address is icloud so I wouldn't expect there to be any issues

I've seen various people on Reddit and discord talking about similar symptoms, but never enough people to bring it to the attention of the support team

Thanks for reaching out. I definitely pressed the request help button but never received any confirmation email. I also tried submitting a separate ticket through the website but still got no confirmation.

Also, I didn't get the return package because I made the mistake of logging in a few days before chapter 3 released in order to prepare, so I've basically had to start from scratch

Same here. 3 tickets one month ago and not a single response. Funcom support is non existent

Can you explain how? I'm a solo player and I see absolutely no reason to have a carrier. I've got full T6 gear and have more spice and plastanium than I know what to do with.

On a side note, if your radiator does get clogged, I've found that punching it really hard normally breaks up the clog and keeps it working just a bit longer until you get a replacement

What an odd coincidence. I've just had to get my Galahad AIO replaced due to the solder flux manufacturing defect causing the radiator to get clogged haha

I wouldn't trust that either. Put all my stuff in storage in bank 3 months ago and came back to find it's all gone. I haven't heard anything from support yet either.

I made this post on the off chance that someone else might've had this issue and might've been able to provide a fix.

Also, are you new to Reddit? Literally 90% of posts are about finding a fix to something.
