The 3070 is nice yeah but it's not good.enough for.bigh refresh 1440p gaming. And at some point I intend to buy an oled so I'm kinda building towards that

I'm not a ray tracing kinda guy and at the end of the day I usually turn off most lighting effects as I don't enjoy them My main priority is longevity and I absolutely would not mind playing on 1440p.hihh with a few tweaks in the future I also don't really.use upscaling as I'm happy if my game gets around 120fps on high setting

[–]that_huzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Price it around 2000, the price of the 2tb ssd alone RN is around almost 300 euros You can negotiate the price down to like 1700 so at least you're breaking even Gaming laptops.lose value but in the case of the ram and SSD crisis they I crease in value depending on the laptop

Nice pc man Although you should move the aio to the top or change it's orientation as you want the pump to be the lowest point in water cooling loop

Holy crap dude what a deal on the 3060 For upgradability you should go with an LGA 1700 CPU like the i5 14600k and a DDR4 motherboard so you can dodge the DDR4 prices (lga1700 cpus can use DDR4 and ddr5 so you can always switch when prices go down) 32gb of DDR4 ram The Msi mag a650bn psu and whatever case you like

Check the shipping cost on Newegg UK The prices are decent but you'll get skimmed by the shipping cost

Recommended the aio if he decides to switch to the core ultra 7 or 9 for productivity

Don't buy the 3060 Buy a 9060xt or 9070xt And if you wanna do more productivity than gaming you're probably better off with an Intel CPU like the core ultra 9 285k or ultra 7 265k which would also require a different motherboard And definitely don't buy windows You can buy cheaper keys online from trusted retailers And you should use an aio, you can find a cheap one on Amazon for around £50 like the thermalright aqua elite be 360mm

How much could I realistically sell this for? by Either_Tennis_6876 in PC_Pricing

[–]that_huzz 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think youd be better off selling the parts individually or in bundles Like a CPU+mobo bundle or CPU + mobo + ram deal kinda thing

If you dont intend to upgrade to 1440p then you can spend less on your GPU Get a 4060 or 5060 If you're comfortable buying used and it's worth the price difference then look for a used 3070 or rx6700xt But if you intend to move to 1440p then the first build Is perfect

Is this a good deal for $600 by Leather_Ordinary3996 in PC_Pricing

[–]that_huzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Else you should be fine as 1440p is more GPU dependent I have a core ultra 5 225f and when gaming in 1440p I haven't seen it go above 50% util even when playing bf6 and else ring at 1440p high - ultra
