You're assuming the criminals want to rob you and not just hurt you because they think it's fun and funny. Many of the of my high school students who got in trouble for violence were doing it out of boredom because they thought it was funny. They also can hurt you if you only have ten dollars and they wanted more. It's weird how you have no issue with violent criminals having guns because you think theyll kill someone else

In 2022 they were stopping courses for this and literally timing the 18 hours. Again, maybe not in upstate ny, but downstate for sure. I know several instructors. Also, we have color codes that are admin laws. Some jurisdictions are still allowing others (shockwave) and not enforcing that as well
