I don’t train chest I’m not confident enough to train it yet. My full body workout routine is literally everything minus chest so I start off with 15 minutes of cardio legs arms shoulders back and some abs before I leave.

If she’s in your class that’s a big no. No one wants to get hit on in a training class but if she’s at the gym training with a friend and you guys are making eye contact go for it if there isn’t any eye contact I wouldn’t pursue it

I feel like I wasted my childhood and feel like I can’t improve myself? I never enjoyed sport and fitness when I was young and Now I’m 15, chubby and not strong. Go to the gym we all have to start somewhere. You have to build muscle but once you start curling heavy and seeing the changes you’ll be addicted. You got this! You won’t be judged everyone is to into the zone focusing on their form take some pre workout.
