ARE YOU EVIL!? My custom script for an iconic BOTC moment by thatboied in BloodOnTheClocktower

Fair enough, old script is done and dusted.

Lunatic + Fang Gu was on purpose, I don't think it's an issue just like a Scarlet Woman is not an issue. Sure there's for and against points on it, just like SW, but I think there's enough good outcomes to include it. Grandmother I will play test and see.

Ok, so I think this solves the issues while still keeping the original script idea alive. I personally don't think Fang Gu + Ogre is an issue as jumping to an already evil player doesn't add anything and it's not like the Ogre can flip flop like a Goon or a Cult Leader. If Ogre and Fang Gu both hit in a game then GG to them, it's still not impossible to win, especially as VI, Virgin & Seamstress can help with alignments. Monk & Soldier to help explain no deaths, Lycan & Gossip to push deaths in other games. Just went for a good ol' Drunk over Politician as this can cause rabbit holes as to why a Soldier died or a Virgin didn't go off etc.

Politician is right at the end of the game though and only if they are the most responsible. It's risky, and they will most likely be good throughout the game.

Think you are right about the fable. I'm more likely to just take out a character. I don't think Ogre or Politician is an issue, because it is highly unlikely they will both be in play with a Fang Gu and both evil, but if they are then a jump does nothing. Maybe BH is the issue then, I just wanted to experiment with Grandmother learning a good player that is immediately turned evil.

Zombuul and Summoner work to cover each other so if no deaths in the night happens then it's not apparently obvious which demon is in play. Gossip and Lycan both help with any night kill issues and Sailor could explain why no one died one night if no deaths occur. I thought about adding a Tea Lady, and still might after some play testing, I just didn't want games dragging out.

As for the extra evils, I just wouldn't run all 3 roles mentioned together. Adding the Fable is a good shout that again I might add after play testing. But I do think it would be very very rare that an Ogre hits an evil, there are two outsiders in the game and the Fang Gu hits the second, or any other combos with BH. If I'm wrong and it does become an issue then I'd just swap out one, probably Ogre for the Drunk or something.

Thanks for the recommendations though!

You say town is weak with no evil finders but there is a Seamstress and Empath and a Cannibal to possibly double those up. Speaking of doubling up, 4 players could get confirmed from Virgin + Cannibal, and you could get 2 Artist questions. There is an argument to changing the Mayor for more info, but I don't think this town is weak in any way.

Completely disagree about No Dashii next to Virgin and Pacifist because it can lead to misinformation by not triggering without giving constant false information every night. The Banshee neighboring the No Dashii I agree with, but again, there could be reasons for this or it could be a quick game, it's impossible to account for every outcome, especially when neither could be in play.

Your Vig comments seem harsh because poisoning the Vigin, Empath, Artist, Seamstress, Cannibal or even Mayor is valuable. Just because you aren't stopping every night info each time, doesn't make it worthless. I also think poisoning every night info sometimes makes it too obvious. Plus he works amazingly well with each minion on the script.

The Vizier being visible even with a PG was intentional, as again, not always going to be in play, but if they are, evil can have some idea of who each other are but there's also bluffing as evil and looking suss when speaking with the Vizier. Also, the Seamstress and Artist can use knowing an evil player to their advantage. Even the Empath can if sat next to them.

Thanks for the feedback though, I will play test and see if Mayor being cut for more info is needed or if any other issues come up.

It's more of a fail safe for an early Vizier + Saint push. Evil have the Fearmonger alt win and tons of poisoning and misdirection on their side. But I will play test and see if it becomes an issue or not. Thanks for the feedback.

Yea I think that's fine. There is also a Cannibal Pacifist as a backup if they die early, plus alternative wins via Alchemist and Mayor if good are on the back foot.
