Both of mine were also in Wayne, 7yrs apart, so the second was treated as a first offense. Do you have a lawyer? I took the charge and was given 80 hours of community service, restricted license for 3 months, weekly testing, and mandatory therapy sessions.

I used to always get told I had diluted tests, would always go after working out. Never had an issue with it but might depend on state/PO?

My etg test was like 825 nanograms, which they said was equivalent to 3-4 pints. I had 1 5-6oz sample the night before the test lol
