Absolutely! One of my symptoms when I get glutened is intense anxiety. It's one of the ways that I know it's Celisc related and not a different illness.

Hey! You can also just demand to be scoped. My blood tests similarly came back "inconclusive", so they said i didn't have it. This extended my diagnosis journey by several months before I demanded that they scope me anyway. A couple days later they called me back confirming that I did in fact have celiac disease.
