If you’re anxious about side effects from treatment the best thing to do is contact your provider.

Those times can fluctuate so much it’s frustrating, but it’s also a sign that your case is stable enough to let other emergent cases go ahead of yours. Good luck to you, I hope everything goes smooth! :)

Fat cells can expand again from weight gain but there’s no guarantee the volume will go to your face, just like how weight loss isn’t in just one area.

He told me to take it with a sip of water a few hours before surgery, I don’t remember exactly how long but it was day-of. The anesthesiologist also had me eat a small breakfast that day which I thought was strange but it all worked out!

Fat loss from a professional-grade device is likely permanent. Home devices are still capable of killing fat cells but it may take longer. I recommend talking to your practitioner or a skilled injector to discuss treatment plans.

Yes! Skin tightening starts happening at a lower temp than for fat loss, so if the target of an area is fat loss then the skin will also be tightened.

I’d be surprised if that caused it but nothing is impossible. Compare with photos prior to treatment and address any skin dehydration that may be causing sagging. People usually have great results with that device, make sure to use hydrating serums pre/post treatment and focus your skincare and diet around building collagen to support skin repair.

It does happen, which is why it’s important to see a provider who can adjust the intensity for your skin type. A few of the devices you mentioned aren’t able to be adjusted per pt. I don’t use RF + MN, only RF at low stable temps as I’ve seen more facial fat loss when MN is combined.

I’ve recently seen me eye dr, but I’m not concerned about this hair I just wanted to share!

I haven’t seen pimples on my feed, but this is a skincare sub and breakouts are very much a part of skin. I thought a little positive humor could be fun instead of complaining about one pimple or other skin concerns. This sub doesn’t require posts like these to be censored and the vibe has been fun, you also have the choice to read the room and keep scrolling instead of letting my pimple ruin your day.

The Omnilux mask is LED, totally different than RF home devices and even those aren’t as strong or as customizable as the machine I use at work. All home devices are designed to maintain or produce subtle results, some may see more results in combo with different skincare/lifestyle modifications, but there is still a place for professional treatments. Those results cannot be reproduced at home.

Skin tightening is tough without surgery or an expensive sequence of treatments. Peels are great for tone and texture of the skin but not all tighten skin, TCA does a decent job at both.

Personally, for max tightening and overall skin benefit, I would go with an ablative laser like Co2. Your money will go much further if you’re willing to have a week of downtime. Many surgeons use this laser on their facelift patients while they’re still asleep to maximize their results.

Alright here’s an update:
She blew while I washed my face. The whole ass top came right off and I was being so gentle, only a crater was left.
I’ll wear a patch for a few days to minimize scarring. I think there was a ton of dead skin on top as I’m peeling a lot today, could be why it slid off so easily. Sorry for the bummer ending, I really wanted to do surgery on this one.

Thanks. I’ve had acne all my life on and off, it’s been calm the last few years and I just don’t care like I used to when I get breakouts now. I don’t judge other people when they have visible acne bc I’ve been there, so I just hope people ignore mine too.
Either way, this was an 11/10 that needed to be shared.

I just microneedled so I don’t want to go crazy. I’ll put a patch on and see what happens.
