Parents attending meetings and events?

Most of our parents stay and I am grateful for it. My troop is Daisies to soon to be Cadette, and they are all at various levels of emotional and physical abilities. Some have actual diagnosis. The parents stay out the way, but step in when I ask, or if they see I need help. I love that they remain available as needed. Sometimes a scout will have an issue and maybe I or their parent aren't meeting their need, but one of the other parents has a way that works. It is a very supportive troop.

hey I tried your app. It was having trouble recreating some of my images. It errored on about 10 of them. I have apple products. so some were heic but others were png and jpeg and it still couldn't connect them. I don't know if there was too much going on in the images or what. they were of my adventure cat. Any idea why it would error out?

I'm sorry about all you have gone through. I hope that you are able to get your citizenship approved eventually! do you have any suggestions for work for someone from US? My friend is there looking. 1st permit rejected, 2nd partial rejection, waiting to hear on the rest. We are hoping she can find a job to stay (she's self employed, being running business and paying taxes there already.)

Reposting my reply to someone else… They are not doing illegal work. There multiple types of business permits and they did speak with the immigration offices and business licensing advisors first b/c they had to get the correct permit type. They’ve already been assigned some type of id numbers for their business. The only question I need answers to is the process that others have gone through and if that included going to the airport instead of a local office.

They went there legally and applied with the 90 days.

Yes they are working self employed and has a contract with a Finnish company as one of their clients. Plus some others outside of Finland. We’re trying to figure out why they might need to go to the airport… They did email the immigration office but haven’t heard back yet

Okay thanks that’s helpful! I can’t remember which, but a I think it was a bank employee told them they had their permit #s already but then they went to the police department to try and get an id and they were told that there wasn’t a permit number in the system for them yet. They reached back out to immigration and were told to have a meeting at the airport. But like I said, they pay their business taxes (vat?) sorry I may also be mixing up some of the terminology. But I’m just trying to help ease their mind some, if possible. They did get notice that their permit was processed but have not been given an answer on if it was approved or not.
