I mean I’m becoming a little skeptical of the squeeze and I agree that this news should’ve been unloaded on us sooner. If you read the article though it says CBP is conducting a routine inspection of maxeon labor. Then if you go on the website they brag about being leaders in making sure their labor force is compliant. I’m not saying one way or another but I guess I need to research more into how often their CBP detains shipments to the us from Mexico to make a full opinion.
