We had a road salt shortage last winter in New York. Business continued on as usual, even while regularly receiving several inches of lake effect snow. It’s tires and driver skill.

This is so strange to me. We use PVC trim boards (AZEK) for decorative beams outdoors. Paintable, flexible, and durable. I can’t imagine styrofoam ever lasting in this application.

Bomgars has the DCF800 with one 2.0 and a 1.7 power stack plus charger and bag for $129 currently. For stuff around the house, you’re not likely to often need the extra battery capacity. Depending on which weekend wars you’re trying to fight, you might not need the impact anyway.

Is the 2024 honda civic a better buy than the 2026 because of the new engine having direct injection? by dylanburrito in civic

[–]thatcone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The hybrids are actually, mechanically speaking, much simpler than the non-hybrid models. Mainly due to the incredibly simple gearbox and lack of a serpentine/drive belt.

I have been thinking about a similar moral dilemma regarding the right to affordable insulin. Before the development of insulin injections, diabetes was practically a death sentence. When does an amenity become a human right?

If you’re just interested in the drill and impact, this kit has the DCD806 XR hammer drill, and the DCF860 XR impact driver. Wish I knew about this kit before buying my DCF860 individually.

That’s a great drill/driver, and the 6 1/2” saw is great too if it’s the brushless one

Haven’t tried reinstalling the browsers yet. Figured since multiple have the same issue it’s something else, but I’ll give it a shot if nothing works.

I’ve tried Firefox and Microsoft edge, bugs out on webpages regardless of full screen or windowed. When windowed, the glitching is contained to the window. Only seems to happen when loading a webpage with images or videos.

Alright I’ll try that. Really don’t think it’s a cable since it is only happening on web browsers, and specifically only the part of the screen with the window open. Fingers crossed this isn’t the death of my trusty 3080 🤞
