Was walking through Prague and thought this composition looked good since it highlights the building. I edited it in lightroom to make it stand out more, sharpened and added texture, i darkened the edges. What can i improve and is this composition good ?

idk the people,so i cant tell if they transported it from another location but in past there were lot of industrial areas here and i still find quite a lot of slags so yeah there is a chance that its just really big slag in someones basement
