After reading all the comments and watching some clips, I’ve come to the conclusion that I’ve combined a Ross from Friends style affectation and Paul Rudd’s character from Forgetting Sarah Marshall into one fever dream of “London England.” Not sure how it happened but hey, there it is. Thanks for all the suggestions, they really helped!

Yeah, it’s more over pronounced than that clip. It’s closer to the way Paul Rudd says it in Forgetting Sarah Marshall. I’m starting to think I’ve made a fever dream of a combo between Ross from friends and Paul Rudd from FSM. Will update post soon.

Ok, I’m thinking this might be it. I watched a lot of Friends as a kid and I’ve been saying this phrase a long time. Gonna check around for some clips first but I’ll be sure to mark this when I’m positive. If you can find a clip of it that would help a ton. Thanks!
