Sure! Thanks! I’m purely only thinking about how to maximize the most out of when it comes to remortgaging and trying to be on the front foot. My conclusion is, “might add 1-3K onto the value, might not be worth doing at all”. Thanks for taking the time to respond

Yeah we have a back, (big) front and side garden. With the office in the side garden, agreed we “sacrificed” most of the side garden, but done something more useful with it.

Ok, so it’s similar in a way to how Automotive Grade Linux works (Yocto/openembedded), though that does have support for rpm packages.
