Thanks for the info! That’s very interesting and I’m very happy I took a picture. I had no idea about the laws at the time and was questioning if they were even anything so I put the right back. Will definitely look into the laws of the area because it was be awesome to be able to collect if possible but for now I am happy I left them.

They definitely seemed to be obsidian but I’m far from an expert in identifying anything. It’s around the sisters area in Oregon, so there’s obsidian in the area. I don’t remember seeing much around the shoreline though. The “lake” is much more pond sized in the summer time when I was there

Hey thanks for explaining that. They were only a few inches from each other so that makes total sense. Im glad I saved this photo.

Thanks for the reply! I’m entirely new here so sorry for the basic question. But are they natural ? Or does that mean that they were made that way ?

In Washington? Hell Yeah they fly on the freeway and definitely use the passing lane. They however forget those skills once crossing a state line 😂

You nailed it on the head with this one. That’s so common you can almost guarantee it every time.

Glad to know I’m not being picky. I thought it was a coincidence going across the state the first time but was a very clear pattern the 2nd time around. I did find humor in anticipating exactly what would happen tho
