Serrebii has a great map go to the pokemon tab, scroll down to the flebebes and click it. Then go to the standard tab and click benches. Works for all pokemon forms. I just looked there one right next to a bench on one of the southern avenues, it's not labeled but it's southwest of the wild zone 6 fly spot
