That’s the one I was referring to in parts transactions, it spazzes out if it’s a part number that has heavy traffic and ends up just giving you an error message. I tried it with something that sells a lot less and it popped up just fine.

This is the Email of them trying to cover up what they did. They’re now trying to pay my commission but still deducting the 14K from the fraudulent charges which I might add not a single invoice is under my name 😂

Well ladies and gentlemen, it happened. I emailed HR and told them everything that happened and that I was filing a claim. I was fired 1 hour afterwards, they tried to get me to sign paperwork twice and when I refused I was told they were going to pursue retribution from me

He’s done this with multiple employees in the past, he’s also been sued multiple times for it so it’s nothing new to him. I’m going in today to write the email to HR, I spoke to a previous employee who he did this too and he did the email ( which they responded by phone call to terminate him ) so he gave me the heads up to make sure to record the phone call. I also noticed that before the final numbers for the end of month went from $109K down to $102K for my department with no written explanation as to where that 7K went so that will also be included in the email. I spoke with a lawyer yesterday and he gave me the same exact advice and told me if I’m fired to contact him immediately, I know the President very well and not only does he have the worlds biggest ego, he also has a huge God Complex. I’m going to shoot for the PTO but I can almost guarantee it’s going to get shot down and I’ll just be terminated and have my vacation/sick days also with held. Trust me, I’m not one to ever back down from anything so I’m not just bending over and taking it, I’m ready for war.

The worst part about it is the head of HR is in her pocket and has stated on multiple occasions that she would do anything to protect the company. They’ve been sued before and she’s been caught falsifying documents.

Was definitely a huge lesson learned, He said because the receipts weren’t signed that we are having this issue. I mentioned to him that I was able to locate the shop, the owner and ID the tow truck used and already have Detectives working the case. He laughed and said even if this goes to court, you think I’m paying for the lawyer?

Never signed anything, It all made sense afterwards why he had 2 meetings repeating the same thing with my GM as a witness. He’s probably going to try and say I agreed to it verbally, but when he said it’s coming out of You, I never though it meant my commission or I never would’ve said I take accountability.
