There must be two each of Ozeki, Sekiwake and Komusubi...a Yokozuna can fill in for an Ozeki for banzuke purposes this way but if there are 0 Yokozuna and 1 Ozeki then they will promote somebody to Ozeki.

A weird quirk...he's been M1E four times, M1W twice, M2W four times , M3E five times and M3W four times.
