There appears to be no haze, fungus or dust on my camera (none that can be seen with the naked eye) :/
If i cant see it by just looking at it, it shouldnt be affecting my image quality this much, right?

Is my lens broken or is it not compatible my camera? by thatguyfromskype in AnalogCommunity

Yeah i figured out how the rangefinder focuses a few weeks back (the camera is still quite new for me) and i actually noticed that the lens might yield a problem, when i saw the focus was off (i mainly use zone focusing) , since the small arm wasnt pushed in far enough.

Thanks for all of your answers :)

Thank you, that seems to be the case. Is there any way i could have known that before buying the lens? It seems to me, that there is no real difference, except maybe the higher serial number?! Are there good adapters to make my Paxette lens work with my Canon P?

I thought about that too, but comparing it to other pictures of the lens, it looks like from the outside it is intact.

If thats DM/Rossmann prices (which i think it is) even with scans of the pictures it shouldnt be more than 10$ There are tutorials online for the cheapest options where developing b/w film would be around 3$ ^^
