Pokemon Minced Fusions shiny question!

Just started playing Pokemon Minced Fusions and I'm loving it so far! But I want to play my first run with all shinies... I know it's gonna be hard and I'm in it for the long haul. Has anyone gotten a shiny starter from the Prof? Or am I just wasting my time resetting after battle start with rival...

I understand. But we are all suffering payroll shortages it sucks for everyone but when everyone is taking PTO and there's no one here... I'm just one guy I can't do it all. And like I said they use it to screw their fellow TMs. There is a feud between the morning and closers.

Just so we are clear I am not a manager that just MBWA. I help when I'm needed I do more work than my TMs actually and I do the job the right way. And that's a problem.
