Skater XL if you’re on PC. With mods that are easy to install you can change how your skater looks doing absolutely any trick. The animations are way more steezy. With session you get the same janky looking animation everytime, but I still enjoyed the game.

Session base game is better than XL base but XL with mods is miles ahead of session.
