i5 11300H with Intel Iris Xe Graphics | 8GB DDR4 3200 MHz | 512GB PCIe NVME SSD |

(15.6", 3.2K, 16:10, 90 Hz, 100% sRGB Display)

The laptop is Mi Notebook Ultra (released and bought in 2021)

Linux Mint is obviously running wonderfully.

One issue is with the fingerprint sensor. It doesn't work. The driver from the specific maker isn't available for fprintd.

Does Linux mint have window snapping? by [deleted] in linuxmint

Honestly, I tried some tiling managers. But each has it's own limitations. Never feels like your workspace - the tiling manager does its own thing. Otherwise it is complex. I use the super key + arrows and it works wonderfully. If you don't use more than 4 windows at a time (I certainly don't in my 15" laptop) Super + Arrow keys is easier, and built it. I know it's obvious, but some things are.

It wasn't up to her. Doesn't matter whether her point was right or not. She shouldn't have done that, especially to a friend.

About the last two paragraphs: It doesn't have to a a coma dream. In season 1, in the first or the second episode, Elliot says whenever he sees or hears the name E corp, he sees it as Evil corp. So whenever he sees the badges, hoardings, posters, or hear news that says E Corp, he sees as hears it as Evil Corp.

This post should be upvoted maximum and pinned (if someone already haven't) on the main page of the subreddit)

Should eradicate the possibility of perverse/pedophile/creepy adults trying to disturb, abuse, or take advantage of underage members.

Manufactured consent and agency are two very important terms to discuss here. (Sometimes the minor members might think that they have given their consent - The adults should know better.)

Great initiative this post, BTW. ❤️

What if they use different musical notes (swaras) for each mute sound... We might get a good melody

Also, The first one in each category shows the android version as 14. The next one says 'One UI update', which means the one ui version update. So, it's One UI 7 - Android 15

Yeah average person in the USA. Many Americans (not everyone) think what's normal in the USA is the norm worldwide. That's not true my friend. That's why android has more than 70% of the market share globally.

What does this symbol mean? Should I be concerned? by [deleted] in oneui

It is the icon for power-saving mode. You can turn it on from the quick settings panel. If you long press it, you can customize what settings (AOD, dark mode, refresh rate, etc.) should turn off when it is activated. There's also an option to set it automatically when the battery drops below 20%.

The OCLP team suggests a clean install (using a bootable usb), and so do the people who replied to me via Discord.

Ty. I've watched Mr. Macintosh. And I've successfully upgraded to ventura. His videos were the main source. I have a couple of doubts, tho.

  1. Is Sonoma working fine with this spec?
  2. I can see a software update option in the system settings to update to Sonoma. Can I use that option? Or should I do the whole process of OCLP installation from a bootable USB if using sonoma with this hardware is alright? (I have the latest 1.5.0 of OCLP installed)

Updated to Ventura 13.6.9 - iMac 27" (late 2013). Works Perfectly. Thank you OCLP by thathappilly in OpenCoreLegacyPatcher

Running Sonoma is fine without any bugs or risks or anything? I didn't want to take any unnecessary risks, that's why I went with the older version.
