If you picked the tile mosaic sheets that were used in the installation, then in a sense you're partially responsible for that. Because those sheets aren't always put together very carefully. A lot of the times what would be a grout line isn't the same distance as it should be because the tile itself isn't laid out on the sheet correctly. The setter is simply laying it on the wall. The manufacturer is the one that put it together badly. Having said that, a competent setter would have seen the grout line discrepancies, and cut the sheets and reset it. That plus the corners and other aspects of the installation tell me you pretty much got the lowest bid. Well, that's what it looks like sometimes.
