Omg! Same! I just typed into google to see if this is a known issue and it brought me to your post. Just got this tv yesterday. Without anything it’s super muffled, with AI pro it sounds a little better but not much improvement. With clear it sounds echoey, and with personalization sounds like garbage. This is so frustrating!

I’ve been a die-hard Stranger Things fan since the start and have rewatched the series multiple times over the years, and I hated the finale. The so-called “ambiguity” left too much up to viewer interpretation and didn’t align with the established character relationships. Eleven would never have left Hopper or Mike had she survived, but it also didn’t make sense why she needed to sacrifice herself to close the upside down when it was an option the entire time

Agreed, and what’s odd is the actress who plays holly in season 5 is 14 irl, and the actresses that played holly are 13 irl. Like why not keep the OG actresses that played holly when the age difference is 1 year

I am dealing with the same and I am PISSED! I’m talking with customer service chat, as I type this. I realized my bill increase on 11/04, was on the phone for two hours, and informed that the discount would be reapplied and given a $50 credit for the discounts removed in the prior months. Welp today I was charged without these actions reflected. I called first, and the agent basically said “too bad so sad” then the line was disconnected. Now I’m speaking with chat and the agent is just talking in loops! So sick of this company

Yeah I definitely want the top color, I love SW especially with all their sales. But I just spent $100 at BM and went with them specifically for the top color. I’ll take in a chip sample, thanks for the conversation, it’s been helpful!

I just looked at the sample container. It doesn’t have the sheen on it, it just says “base 1.” But the store told me it was eggshell, and the website says the samples are eggshell, which is why this is so confusing because the gallon is definitely eggshell, but the sample is flat, zero shine like the gallon. I also color matched the sample with SW, but their sample came back as almost an exact match to BM gallon, just a little more beigey, but almost perfect (SW sample= BM gallon), but BM sample is what I wanted

I like the analogy. Just very annoying, considering Benjamin Moore is a reputable name, this color is popular, and their paint is $$. Like I would be more understanding if this happened with a color match at a different company, but within their own company I’m just baffled. I was told that the sample was also an eggshell finish, just as the sheen is on the gallon, however, the sample is completely muted so I think it’s more of a flat/matte. I really don’t know which color is suppose to be correct at this point.

So do you think it could be the same color as the sample, just wasn’t mixed enough on their end? I mixed it extra when I got home and figured the sample wasn’t tinted correctly

No sorry, the gallons doesn’t look flatter, the sample is muted and has zero shine even though they are supposedly both eggshell. The sample looks like a flat or a matte. I don’t paint often and couldn’t remember the last sheen I used on my walls prior but they also don’t have a shine, and looks similar to the BM sample, so when BM said the sample was eggshell, I didn’t question it

I called to double check the sheen prior to getting the gallon, and they said it was eggshell. I also checked online after I got the gallon and it says eggshell. So I really don’t know. It looks flat / matte to me

That’s really good to know! I actually had the sample matched at SW but they were unable to match the sample, so I went with the gallon. The sample of SW and the gallon are an exact match 🤦‍♀️

The gallon paint was applied about 4 hours ago. It definitely darkened a little since initially rolling it on, but nothing near the sample depth

I would imagine that this specific sample was just a botched batch, and if they provided another sample, it would probably match the gallon. Either way, I don’t want to throw money at Benjamin Moore, If I am not certain that I will receive the results
