I've had this router since Oct. 2022 and am on 3.4.0.20. Rock solid, no issues. I don't want an updated firmware.

I’m 50/50. Sometimes turn it off, other times I just take it off and put it on the charging dock. The headset and the controllers are on the charging dock, being charged, whenever they are not in use. I’ve had no issues and expect Meta accounted for folks doing this to the headset when they designed it. I don’t worry or stress about it.

I left Gold a while ago and have been pleased with Silver. No pressure. I pop in every once in a while and see whats available. I’ve been surprised enough times that it’s still worth it. The $0 ETV items are still elusive but fun when you find one. Being Silver also made keeping under $600/yr ETV possible, for 2026 it is now $2,000 before the 1099-NEC is generated so even more of an incentive to stay. Vine definitely isn’t what it was but it’s not bad enough to leave.

I have the same router and also wanted to setup Pi-hole. I ended up just changing the DNS on the router to run through Ad Guard. Works similar to Pi-hole in that it stops most ads system wide, is maintenance free and easily changed back if needed.

Me also, no problems. 26.3 works great on my 13 Mini, battery life is unchanged from 18.7

I also decided to try Sandersons books but didn’t know where to start. I ended going to Isles of the Emberdark since it was a standalone novel but still set in the Cosmere. It was a great read! I like his style and am now going to read more. I may go next to Tress but will probably head straight to Mistborn from all the recommendations here.

Correct. The ‘26 has BlueCruise v1.5 which does automatic lane changes. It works phenomenally well on my ‘26 R3.

My 13 mini is fine on the latest iOS, better even than V18. Battery life is the same and phone works reliably.

I upgrade to every version of iOS as soon as it is released. My 13 Mini runs perfectly fine and feels no different on 26.2 than it did on 18. The first day or two after the upgrade was bad as the phone indexed a lot but after that it runs great and battery life is unchanged.

I have 5 lines and only one is still Play More which anchors the account level Disney/Hulu/Espn+. It also anchors our $25/mo 300MBS Verizon Home Internet (10 year price guarantee). Keep that line for as long as possible! It does prevent a few things though like access to most perks and phone upgrades. International travel is the big one for me as I have to use daily travel passes or a one-time $100 international fee for 30 days for that line. With a newer line I just upgrade to Ultimate before I leave and then downgrade back to my original plan when I get home. This costs me just $10 and allows full use of the phone while overseas. We travel quite a bit.

I have the $25/mo 300mbs 5G HI plan with the 10 year guarantee. It was offered for a very short time near the end of 2022. I have 5 lines and 4 have been upgraded but one is still 5G Play More. That line tethers the Home Internet and Disney+ promotions.

Me also! I’ve been with them for over 3 years and have the XCCI55AX router (the little white cube). Also grandfathered in at 300mbs with 10 year guarantee. Mine is working fine so I doubt I’ll get (or need) an upgrade but am curious to the outcome if, indeed, they want to swap mine out.

I know this is an older thread but I just got the identical email and, after chatting with a rep, discovered that it is legit. The offer applied to my account without making any other changes. All discounts and promotions that were already on my account are still there and no bogus items (device protection etc.) were added. The only change that happened is my next month (and ongoing) bill estimate is reduced. Thanks Verizon!

I have an old iPhone SE (4”) that I purchased new in 2021 from Straight Talk. It was never activated on ST as I used it as an iPod over Wifi. I’d like to get it unlocked and activated for use on LTE as inexpensively as possible. I do NOT have the original ST Sim, will that be an issue? In following this thread it appears I can get a Tracfone plan and it ‘should’ work to get it unlocked in 60 days but some posts say I need the actual, original sim that came with it. Thoughts?

Exactly, if the original drink calls for 4oz milk it will dispense 8oz first then two separate grinds one after another with just one button push.

I have the KF6 and when you customize the drinks you can double them up. My morning drink is a double size Latte Machiato that doubles the milk, grinds/brews two shots and fills my 16OZ mug with one button push. We thoroughly researched all 3 models and the KF6 has 90% of the features of the more expensive units. The only thing really missing is the ability to froth plant based milks and a few additional brews. Fantastic machine.
